Thursday - 21st May 2015

So nothing really exciting is going on right now, sadly.
Last weekend me and my husband spent the weekend in Tampa, Florida with some friends.

We were lucky enough to see the comedian Gabriel Iglesias (aka Fluffy)! ♥

Otherwise I have just been spending my days at home.
Also been thinking about new projects I'm interested in doing. If anyone have any suggestions please let me know! :)

But until next time - sending ya'll a huge warm hello!

Happy Birthday - Grandpa's little girl (poem)

Happy birthday.
Today should've been your 70th birthday.
Sending you a birthday wish to heaven...
I was 4 years old when you said your goodbyes. I still remember those days before you no longer were with us.
The stupid cancer took you away from your family and friends. And left a grieving hole in all of us who were left behind.
I wish you could've seen the goals and achievements I've made.
I wish you could have been there as I grew up, from child to woman...
See me graduate. Hear me talk about my first kiss.
I will tell you all about it when I see you again one day.
So once again, happy birthday morfar (grandpa)
I am still your little girl.

Stop Fatshaming MYSELF!

Yesterday me and my husband went to a store that was closing, and had 50% off all their merchandise.
I found a new bathing suit and a new bikini. I haven't had a bathing suit for YEARS. So I was excited to finally find one for only $17 (originally $35)!

Last night while trying it on, I decided I am gonna change my life. I'm gonna stop fatshaming myself and make myself feel better about ME.
My husband actually gets angry with me, and will get into an hectic discussion about how he's TIRED of hearing women fatshame themselves, and put themselves down for no reason - I married an angel ♥

I have already started a new diet (less sugar, no bread, no sodas or fizzy drinks and more water), I've bought new Omega3 capsules which I take daily, and every morning I wake up around 8.30 am to 9am and do some push-ups and squats to wake myself up properly.

Already I feel more energized, happier, less depressed, and ready to take on the world!
